By accessing or using the ekory.ai website (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2What these terms cover

These Terms govern your use of this website only. Your use of the ekory product and services is governed by a separate written agreement (the "Master Services Agreement") and our Data Processing Agreement; in case of conflict, those agreements prevail for the service.

3Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as permitted by our robots.txt;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, layout, and code — is owned by or licensed to ekory S.r.l. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute its content without our prior written permission. The Geist typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.

5Trademarks

"ekory", the ekory logo, and related marks are trademarks of ekory S.r.l. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

6Third-party links & services

The Site links to third-party services such as our scheduling provider (Calendly) and our application at app.ekory.ai. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

7No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties as to its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Content is provided for general information and is not professional advice.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ekory S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

9Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Milan (Tribunale di Milano) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
